Improve Blogging with Windows Live Writer
Windows Live Writer in new 2009 release is improved and allows you to update your blog regularly from your desktop, save drafts, upload image and videos plus much more useful features and options. All of that and much more is available completely for free. In this new version, improvements are done very good as also multiple language translation support! From now on, you can download version of Windows Live Writer at your own language!
Windows Live Writer is the great blog publishing tool and I’d recommend it to any blogger which use any kind of blogging systems. Note that this tool fully supports Blogger / Blogspot, Wordpress, MovableType, Windows Live Spices, TypePad and all other popular blogging services which you can find on the internet!
Windows Live Writer Main Features:
- Photo Albums and Photo Functions – Very cool set of unique and good quality features for photos which you can upload on your blog. You can easily create unique photo albums, crop and tilt support, watermarks on your pictures and much more!

I like specially integrated function “live preview”, which gives you opportunity to see how your post would look on your blog theme. I’d say that this function works great for Blogger (Blogspot) or Wordpress (free hosted) services. But, unfortunately this won’t work on many advanced (multi columns) themes correctly on self hosted blogs (like this one).
Download Note: You need to install this software through WIndows Live Essentials which contains more products to download. Of course, you can select only Writer if you want to download and install it!
This is something that I must try… I hope it will be included in Windows 7, because I just downloaded it and I am going to install it soon.
