I more thing that i have learned is that using long tail keywords in your posts help to attract good amount of traffic due to low competition.Target keywords which are less competitive this way you will get good traffic in a small amount of time.

I agree in Point 1.
Quality is one thing. For me it is almot more important to have a content, that can discussed by many people. When the people have a big discussion, you earn many links with your content. Good content without discussion doesn´t help.

Useful Information. Most webmasters have a thought that blogger system has a great drawback regarding SEO, I don't think so. In google algorithm, blogger blogs has huge value especially SEO point of view.
