Google has launched new feature that can be useful for most webmasters on the internet. I have been surprised when I sow this new option in my regular AdSense interface – AdSense for Domains. It’s not new advertising type for sure, but it’s very good that Google from now supports additional way to earn money from your parked domain names – integrated with your account of course!

Parked Domains ?
A lot of users would wonder what’s this. Parked Domains are unused domain names that has no hosting or you don’t know what to do with them at this moment.
AdSense for domains allows publishers with unused domains to help users reach relevant information by presenting content on the domains.
Why to use AdSense for Domains ?
This is very useful advertising option for all webmasters that have multiple domain names that they have used once. Specially good for publishers which have cool and keyword based domain names – which can attract more visitors of course.
Users often type domains into their address bar or follow expired links leading to sites with no content. Instead of an “under construction” page or 404 error, AdSense for domains provides links, search results, advertisements and other content. You earn revenue when users interact with the ads on your site.
How Much I Can Earn ?
Well, that depends of course on your domain traffic. You will earn money when someone clicks on advertisements and links on your parked domain name. Good thing about this ad option is really huge click-through rating! Simply because anything clickable is an advertisement that can gives you money – good don’t you think?
More you Should Know
You can easily customize everything necessary on your parked domain parameters. Like colors, design or size, just like you customize other Google services like AdSense for contents or search.
You can setup AdSense for Domains for 1500 domains. I think that’s more than enough, even for professionals. If you want, you can see how to set domain name for your domain names for popular domain name registrants.
It’s very good that Google has extended it’s own advertising options for all publishers. A lot of webmasters and domain registrants will use this advertising option for sure. Good way to improve earnings and maximum revenue from popular Google AdSense network.

I've just switched from sedo, had no luck there and don't hold out hopes for Google working any better. But if it eventually pays off the cost of the domain that's something!
I was surprised how few configuration options Adsense for Domains gives you: nothing beyond choosing a colour scheme and a few keywords.
