Today, I’ve received an question through my Contact Form from the Christopher asking me to show to him how to make money with Google. In this post, I’ll try to show you all how to make money through Google, using the Google AdSense advertisement network – the most popular ad network on the internet in just five simple steps!

Hi BashBosh, I have a question for you and I would like you to help me about it. Many say that they’re making money online with Google, but how? Sorry, but I’m a newbie to this! If you have the answer, I’d be glad you can post it on your site!

That was a complete question from Christopher. So, I’ll post here a few tips and tricks for the complete beginners to the online money making opportunities and services. Of course, I’d concentrate more on the Google service.

Make Money with Google Term

When people say that they’re making money through Google, they mean with Google AdSense advertisement network. Google AdSense is a most popular advertisement network on the internet with thousands of quality advertisers and relatively good earnings, compared to the competition.

The real power in this advertisement network lays down in the advertisers count and easy-to-use service. Google AdSense has a huge database of active advertisers which will pay you for every click you provide to them through this service.

That gives the opportunity for Google to show the most related advertisements on your site. Of course, the more related advertisements on your site means more potential clicks. And more potential clicks means more revenue for you! This is a simple formula that really works in most cases.

How to Make Money with Google

There’re many ways to make money online through Google AdSense. I’ll concentrate here only for the contextual and graphic banner advertisements – the most popular way to generate revenue from your site.

Step 1: Create a Website

Of course, this is the first and the most important step. To make money online through Google AdSense advertisement network (and pretty much any other network), you’ll need to have a website, blog or a forum board where you can attach advertisements and make revenue through them.

You should note that Google won’t approve any website that includes any illegal activities or processes. The easiest way to do that completely for free is to create a free-hosted blog using a WordPress or Blogspot blogging systems.

Step 2: Make some Content

This is the most common mistake that blogger can make. They rush to apply to Google AdSense program without any contents on their own blog. You should need to create at least 10 quality contents and publish them on your blog before you’re going to apply on Google AdSense program.

Take care about your site design too, and make unique contents. Google usually doesn’t approve a website if they found it’s filled with copy-pasted contents from other places on the internet.

Step 3: SignUp and Wait

When you have a blog with a few unique and quality posts, you should go and apply on Google AdSense program. After your submission, you might wait a couple of days to be approved (or not) in the AdSense program. Don’t try to submit your application more than once.

When you get approved, you can start automatically to use this service to make money from your website. This is a great time to fully read a whole Google AdSense Program Policies – to make sure where and how to use this service.

Braking up an AdSense Program Policies can cause your account to be terminated and deleted permanently.

Step 4: Place your Ads

This is the most important next think to do. Placing your advertisements on the right places may automatically affect your overall earnings through them. Affecting your Click-through-rating and overall earnings through your ads. Also, don’t try to post too much advertisements than you’re allowed to.

You should know that non-English advertisements (on non-eng sites) has a much lower pay-per-click rating. So, my recommendation is to create a good and English-based website if you want to fully use it potential.

Step 5: Traffic = Money

Yes, that’s a true. Visitors which comes to your website are the essential thing here. To make some money through your ads, someone needs to click on them – right? Of course, the more traffic (visitors) you get, the more potential earnings and revenue you get too. That’s a simple formula for the online earnings.

Quality of traffic is important here too. Quality visitors are the visitors which are interested in your blog – similar minded people. It’s easier to expect that these visitors would click on your ads more than other (random) visitors which are not interested in things you’re writing on your blog.

Final Thoughts

This article include a lot of links to the other posts and articles. This is just because earning money on the internet is not an easy way to do – specially at the beginning. The best thing you should do is to be a patient and persistent. Your hard work would pay out one day believe me.
