Great list of services! I think website creators should really think more about how to ensure that their websites also appear well on mobile phones. It's very often overlooked!
Another service to add to the list is Moogo (http://www.moogo.com). It's an online website builder that you can create a website with that looks immediately good on a mobile phone. Additionally you can choose which features should be shown on mobile phone (e.g. disable heavy photos and videos) and which ones you want to appear on the regular site.
